Ignore incorrect direction assemblies #173

Assembly breakends generated from anchoring bases should be ignored. That is, a forward assembly should only call the breakpoints consistent with the forward orientation.

Implementing by ignoring all assembly SVs where the SV occurs entirely within the contig anchor
