Support Yosemite 10.10 #9

A few problems have been reported with 10.10. More investigation needed. If you find anything new, add to this issue. The issues I see at the moment are:

Full screen not working - keyboard shortcut needs changing/updating
Not calling on the caller size - The "enter" key seems to be not firing off the call? Investigation needed.

Added an update to resolve the full screen issue - tested with the new code on 10.9 and 10.10 which worked successfully.

Thanks. @squashedbeetle when you have time, see if you can confirm the problem with the call keyboard shortcut (enter key seems to not be firing off the call).

The last remaining Yosemite issue is on automating the outbound calling. It's still an open issue to squash.
