The error occurs at random times, I suspect teleportation between worlds.

I am having the same issue with the same crash error

This likely is caused by a plugin creating invalid entities. Especially NPC plugins could do that. Are you able to reproduce the issue without any plugins installed?

I am also having this issue. Trying to reproduce by playing without plugins is almost infeasible since this has happened 10 times over a week with 10-20 players online (would likely have to play alone for 100+ hours to be sure).

If it is a plugin issue, the only (relevant) plugins which seem to overlap with Matias is DecentHolograms and MobMoney.

Regardless, it'd be really helpful if the erroneous entity would be included in the crash report, but I understand if the performance cost of that would make that difficult to do (maybe could be included if some debug config option is true?).

something messed up the entity tracker, a hologram plugin could be a concern if they're adding entities to the world as some hologram plugins mess with that kinda thing in order to show per-player info, for ex
