Expected behavior

Fix bug that doesn't kick players just for typing in chat

Observed/Actual behavior

that problem occurs and kicks players out for writing any text, letter

You are on an extremely outdated build of Paper. Update to latest 1.21.1, your build contains multiple pretty bad exploits and is not supported.

Also please use the Discord server for support in the future - this is likely a plugin issue and not a bug.
