This is an issue with vanilla 1.15. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-163910

It's mostly down to your server lag and the players latency to the server - I know a ton of Australian / New Zealand players are struggling with this when connecting to NA based servers.

Thanks mate! Btw this is my timings report which is not showing TPS drops, so idk if it's just lag: https://timings.aikar.co/?id=5f472e8149304bb19ebcbb3315405e15 Also all my users are connecting from Italy to Germany server

Hello, as Pure said, this is an issue upstream and has been fixed as of 20w22a. If you still happen to have this error, don't hesitate to make a new issue. Have a good day!
