Parrots are all RED ඞ

Expected behavior

Various parrots variants (green, light gray, red...)

Observed/Actual behavior

They're all red, even spawned from a spawner egg

Steps/models to reproduce

Use Build #107 to reproduce

Get a parrot spawn egg and try spawning some, they should be all red only

Reproduced on a 10-plugins Paper server but this one is a bit outdated but persists over build 107

Tested on Spigot and the issue persists too Tested on Vanilla and I get their variants as expected

Cannot reproduce using build #109, fresh world, default configs and no plugins :P

I suspected ProtocolSupport being the culprit because on a friend server same problem. Removed PS and I got colorful parrots so going to close the issue and report to them instead. Sorry for wasting your time :<
