Fixed issues with suggestPaper counting as advertising #54

Fixes https://github.com/PaperMC/PaperLib/issues/41 This issue has been open for a while so thought id pr.

Ive removed the Paper discord invite and made the suggestion more related to the plugin by adding a list of features that the plugin utilises, Im not entierly sure what the BedSpawnLocation and BlockStateSnapshots were so let me know if you want the wording on those changed

Paper is more than 4 vaguely describes features, and a user obviously needs some sort of link to actually get to Paper when a plugin benefits from it

This isnt about paper though? Its about PaperLib and what the plugin gains from moving to paper, stuff like Timings v2 while really usefull for a server is irrelivent when talking about what the plugin takes advantage of. If ive missed any features from PaperLib feel free to let me know.

As for the link to get to paper I guess they can just google it? I dont think a list to your discord helps your case with the whole advertising thing

I think we'd be better off discussing with SpigotMC as to different choices to solve this; this is at minimum at least not enough to be a viable replacement for the suggestion text...
