Scoreboard / Teams API #667

Would be nice for a few things, namely Tab List sorting.

I know it has been mentioned that this is being worked on, but there seems to be no progress, and while there is 1 issue for it, it is specifically for tab list sorting stuff, so I thought I would open a more general one.

Thank you for mentioning this. electroniccat did mention that ScoreboardAPI is in the todo list.
