Add sponsors page + action to update it #101

ToDo:

[ ] make sure the action works
[ ] have nice background + colors
[ ] check if we like the icons

in theory, this PR adds a sponsors page, that fetches data from a static file from the data branch in this repo, which is created by a github action, that is also part of this repo.
