Make link to build explorer more prominent #63

The link to the build explorer being at the bottom of ~10 recent versions and in a darker color and small font made it really too hard imo to see. I understand wanting to prioritize supported versions and I 100% agree with that, I just think we can link it at the top of the "changelog" of versions instead.
