Crash After Saving To Photos App #515

Hello! Description When attempting to save panels to my photos app, the chapter will close and I am unable to access any chapters until reloading app

Repro Press down on panel, press save, press save image (chapter closes)

Reloading resolves this

Expected behaviour I can save panels to photos app without needing to reload
