Support prometheus-client > 0.10 #68

Distributions are starting to ship prometheus-client > 0.10 this make gradient-utils build fails.

It would be much appreciated if you could update your requirements. This would also apply for the dependencies which are pinned (hyperopt or numpy). In https://github.com/Paperspace/gradient-utils/pull/49 the pinning was removed but that PR went stale.

The NixOS packages are failing and I guess that other distributions will follow.
