feature request: option to set Content Type searchable ( or not ) #6

When doing my search page i realised many of my Content Types won't be searched but they're being indexed.

I guess its not a problem on small datasets but could potentially become a problem in bigger projects.

Can you tell me what I need to reproduce the issue?

I think now I actually understood the issue. You mean that you didn't set any of the fields of the model as searchable, but when you save an entry, it's indexed. I'll look into it.
