Some icons missing in Kubuntu 18.04 - (from desktop and system tray) #121

After freshly installing Arc-KDE on Kubuntu 18.04 , virtually all of my desktop icons except Steam, and the "updates available" icon in the System Tray widget are missing.

Here are some screenshots: The "updates available" icon should appear between the lock and clipboard icons. And you can see text for the desktop icons, but no icons.

The problem seems to have resolved itself after several restarts...
