Support kde color text scheme for icons #5

Will be good if we add support kde color text scheme for icons on Plasma theme @DarkknightAK

Also i think maybe for panel icons use another class - it's will be unificaion for different plasma panel colors. It's possible? For example, use dark plasma panel > icons use light color, but if use light panel > icons use dark color.

If this worked, we can use this for Papirus icon theme for panel icons (use another class for CSS)
