Add colorschemes for Kate and KWrite #78

Kate and KWrite should have an Arc(-Dark) themed color scheme.

I just use the KDE theme in Kate, which uses the colors from your KDE color settings (and for which an Arc scheme is supplied). Does that solve the problem for you?
