Revise README #129

As a native English speaker and writer, I've noticed a lot of writing and grammar mistakes and a few organizational issues in the README file. I took the liberty to fix up much of it so that it's easier to understand especially for newcomers and people whose first language is not English. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks for looking at this, although I do prefer @varlesh to see this as well since he is the original author of the file.
