[Icon request] Better KDE plasma adaptation #2736

Hello, I would like to see better KDE adaptation. Around 400 icons from the "actions" folder are missing. (When compared to the Breeze icon theme) Use the Breeze theme as reference.

I have managed to link 150 icons

Hi, usually i'm check actions icons on popular KDE-apps. Not see reason draw 400 icons only for complete result
