Steam system tray icon is verry blurry and hardly visible

The last icon is steam

On you screenshot Steam have light color, but Papirus Light not have light monochrome icons. Maybe it's original tray icon? Try hardcode-tray https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/blob/master/Papirus-Light/22x22/panel/steam_tray_mono.svg
