If you are using Gnome, it is enough to delete only the symbolic folder

What would be the file path to locate that symlink?

/usr/share/icons/Papirus/symbolic
How would I go about leaving folders untouched? I found
./32x32/places/folder.svg
./24x24/places/folder.svg
./64x64/places/folder.svg
./16x16/places/folder.svg
./22x22/places/folder.svg
./48x48/places/folder.svg
but I am not sure if these are the right ones
There's also the icons for denoting shortcuts, or read only (the lock) etc.; I am not sure where to find where those are.
I apologize, but closing your issue is necessary, as supporting a fork of the original project is outside the scope of our objectives.
I want papirus to theme icons for applications, but the system icons (sound, wifi, trash, etc.) I want to remain untouched.
