Starter icon in openSUSE keeps changing to grid-symbol #3348

i reinstalled openSUSE and did following steps:

Since the starter now has the plasma logo, a changed it back to the "start-here-branding" one. But after a restart it changed to the grid symbol like in the screenshot. If i try to change it back it even stays the grid symbol in the settings window.

This issue only happens with the papirus theme.

You may to ask a maintainer of OpenSUSE package to replace start-here icon with start-here-opensuse, or change it manually. Papirus icon theme is not affiliated with any distro so provides a neutral start-here icon.

Its not possible to change it. I choose the "start-here-branding" like in the screenshot and it shows the grid instead. Every other start-here-icon works. Also i do have this issue only with this theme. Why is the icon overwritten?

@duramson can't help you with it. Papirus doesn't contain start-here-branding icon. I have no idea why the icon overwritten on your system.
