Update a few icons for kde 6 #3629

As KDE is updating their icon naming standards in Plasma 6, many icons are failing to show, mostly in the panels (#3595). This PR addresses a few of these icon breakages, namely the "num lock", clipboard, and brightness icons.

@geodic please use our scripts for creating symlinks new-symlink.sh and convert.sh because this PR doesn't contain symlinks for Papirus-Light icon theme.
