Customisation Interface #363

Just wondering if there could be an interface for Papirus which aid customizations. Like, changing icon colour globally, changing icon as a whole globally, etc. Such a GUI would be a great addition as it is not easy to please all. Thanks.

Can I suggest something like Ubuntu Dash. A search bar where we can search for icons. Also a list of icons ( categorized ).

Both ways, once clicked on the icon, you will get list of enrolled colours and ability to edit them. Once finished, real time display of modified colour scheme. Also, if someone like to replace an icon, an option for that as well.

@SmartFinn Could there ever be a possibility for alternative icons for applications like Firefox, Thunderbird, etc. Similar to the Suru++ icon theme for the customization interface? https://github.com/gusbemacbe/suru-plus/wiki/Changing-the-alternative-icon

@creepertron95 honestly, I don't like the idea. Earlier we added alternative icons as a compromise, I don't want this to become the mainstream.
