Installing method: Manual Papirus icons theme download and installation

I applied the Papirus icons theme as user icon theme, and KDE's GNOME Breeze theme as user desktop theme on GNOME on Red Hat Linux 8.7. As the computer is from the company, and this distribution is managed by the company, I can not install the Breeze and Papirus themes as the root.
I noticed that Breeze and Papirus icons crossed the icons on the window bar. If I apply the Breeze icons theme as the user icon theme, the bug is gone. Of course that, with the Adwaita or other GNOME themes and Papirus icons theme, it would work, but it appears that Breeze GNOME theme and Papirus icons theme have a small problem.
