Possibility to revert ed9d7d4 #3693

Wouldn't it be better to have this commit be reverted or have the icons in /actions/ be removed instead of the icons in /apps/? The setroubleshoot application still uses setroubleshoot_icon in its desktop file for its packaging in Fedora, and it's using the /actions/ svgs instead of selinux.svg. And I do not know where else the /actions/ svgs are being used as well. image Expected behavior using icon selinux.svg: image
