[Icon request] Support for COSMIC Desktop (Rust version)

COSMIC Desktop (Rust version) will release soon. The GNOME version of it will reach end of life. A pre-alpha can be installed already.

It comes with some new apps, like e.g.:

• a terminal
• a file manager
• a store
• a text editor
• a settings app
