Desktop environment: GNOME | KDE | Mate | Pantheon | Xfce | ... i3
Installing method: Papirus Installer | PPA | ... xbps
App name (version): if the issue is related to an application flameshot-12.1.0_1 papirus-icon-theme-20240201_1

the icon should be the monochrome one like how the network manager is loading, but its now loading it
