I have installed the libreoffice papirus icon theme by using the Papirus PPA. It is great of course, but in my opinion there is an icon missing: the Underline text button, which instead is now just showing the text 'onderstrepen' (Dutch for underlining) . The picture I included is pretty self-explanatory.

I am, by the way, using Libreoffice 5.4.2.2.
