:warning: BREAKING CHANGES

Features:

Support for ProxyProviders (injectable classes and factories unique to each request) #30

Changes:

Root ClsModule registration method name changed from register to forRoot (and forRootAsync)

Removed features:

Namespace support has been removed #36

Migration guide

Rename the ClsModule.register(...) call to ClsModule.forRoot(...)
If you've used namespaces, you can now refactor the solution to use ProxyProviders
