Hi,

FastANI is licensed under Apache-2.0 but uses GPL licensed code in src/common/argvparser.hpp Since both the licenses are not compatible

Hence, please consider re-licensing FastANI under a compatible free software license

Hi, this is fixed in the latest commit. src/common/argvparser.hpp is now removed.
