Model primary keys appear to not be unique. #128

Primary keys are unique by definition so this smells funny.

@jlinford any ideas how to reproduce, or do you think this is fixed/invalid?

This was a note-to-self that I probably did something silly/reactive in my design. Nothing's actually broken, but non-unique primary keys smell bad. You could close it if you like.
