Issue - Enhancement

Allow Org Admins to add existing users or invite new users to existing teams.

Currently, Org Admins can only add users by creating a brand new team. For some of our Enterprise customers, there is a single contact who wants to set up and clean up accounts. Adding this functionality will make adoption and usage growth post-purchase much more direct, and less reliant on users to share Parabol through word of mouth.

Note: for Enterprise accounts with SSO, would SCIM achieve this? https://github.com/ParabolInc/parabol/issues/4125

Enterprise org admin 🔒:

The ability to invite someone to a team would be from the administration / settings section for each team. At the top right where it says Delete team, invite could be another option. Although SCIM could be a solution to this problem, for my use case, I'd want us to be able to manually invite someone.

Based on this kickoff call, SCIM could play an important part of post-Enterprise upgrade success:

There was one point where someone asked about using Parabol for 150+ users in one meeting. I demonstrated how she would do this (by creating a team and sharing the invite link), and then immediately a PM said to disregard what I just showed them because folks will be provisioned into teams
