Wanted to reach out and give some feedback on your product. It's fantastic for our Sprint Retrospectives, but something it's severely missing is a "Problems/Contributing Factors" flow.
It goes straight to Issue to Solution (Action Items), which when we're discussing, ends up in arguments and rabbit holing. Oftentimes, the teams need to agree on an underlying problem, rather than address the symptom that is the original card.
Could you add something that looks a little bit more like this workflow?
Prior to Parabol, our team would just webcam and use sticky notes and a whiteboard - so we appreciate the tool a lot! We just think it could use some kind of improvements column.
