Noticing a little niceity with Trello. Check out this URL:

See that little fundraising bit? It's totally useless. If I navigate to:

https://trello.com/b/lti8hGxJ I get to my board. But boy, does it ever make searching my browser history easier.

I think we should do the same thing and:

• Update all links to (team|meeting)/:teamid/nicename

• Update the router to ignore this cruft at the end

• Estimated effort: 12 points (see CONTRIBUTING.md)

My idea is to add optional params to routes, and pass the unique param name in each link which leads to team|meeting.

We are from Zapcom, we would like take up this task. Our initial understanding of this task is to add name (Team name) after the IDs.

Current Behaviour: http://localhost:3000/team/4MwxRODnJV http://localhost:3000/meeting/PGAp33LRbC/

Proposed Change: http://localhost:3000/meeting/PGAp33LRbC/TeamName http://localhost:3000/team/4MwxRODnJV/TeamName
