Issue - Bug

How serious is the bug? P0
OS: Windows 11
Browser: Chrome v113.0.5672.64 (4 users) / Edge v120.0.2210.91 (2 users) / Firefox v115.0.3 (1 user)

Acceptance Criteria (optional)

Users cannot:

Cannot always click and submit their Daily Standup update in one shot. They must refresh their web-browser for the changes to take, button is visible but performs no action when clicked. We've done our best to troubleshoot, but it only happens a couple of times a week, not every single form interaction. Also, not all users have seen this. Primarily seems to be off-shore teams located in Pakistan.

Triage is performed to find the root cause of the bug, timeboxed to ~1 hour.

Estimated effort: 1 hour to triage. More if root cause is already identified.

Not sure if it helps but I'm the billing organizer for an Enterprise user. For sake of privacy I'd like to leave our organizational name off Github.
