Few hooks got updated and need changing #3

I know this is still a work in progress, but just thought I would report some broken hooks that use to be working:

GroundItems Also, something is off with banking withdrawing

Edit: The banking issue is probably not a hook issue, I looked further into it and the it seems to be the same, just an API / engine issue. The GroundItems I'm fairly confident is a hook issue. Seeing how 1) GroundItem debugging doesn't work, 2) I talked to another scripter and he said looting broke for him a little bit ago, 3) it errors out on initialization https://i.gyazo.com/f5002b109ae7e28bb08c5610727dcb88.png (That bit of code is in the API)

How have you figured out some are wrong, what makes you believe this. I'm not doubting you, just to be sure it's not an error in either the engine or your code. :-)
