Holoparasite cannot hear binary channel, if owner has binary key. #11725

Problem Description: What is the problem? Holoparasite cannot hear binary channel, if owner has binary key, while being able to hear all normal(and even intercepted radio from syndie radio key) radio channels. What did you expect to happen: Why do you think this is an issue? Should have been able to hear it as holoparasite inside my owner What happened instead: How is what happened different from what you expected? Didn't hear anything at all in binary radio, no text, not even untranslated numbers

Why is this bad/What are the consequences: Why do you think this is an important issue? Worse situational awareness related to syndie-subverted ai plans.

Steps to reproduce the problem: The most important section. Review everything you did leading up to causing the issue.

  1. be holoparasite, inside owner
  2. Owner gets binary key, puts it in radio, talks with borgs.
  3. You cannot hear anything from binary radio, as if it wasnt here.
