The antibodies symptom can't cure random event viruses (advanced viruses) #12529

Issue Description: Makes antibodies nearly useless because you can only cure brain rot etc with it. Which is already easily cured

What did you expect to happen: To be able to use planning and skill to prevent a virus outbreak as CMO/virologist

What happened instead: You sit next to your antibodies monkey. Sad and thinking of the good old times

Why is this bad/What are the consequences: Makes the symptom rather useless and makes virology have even less depth

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Give monkey a virus with Antibodies as symptom
  2. Give monkey a random virus from the event given by a syringe (any other virus works)

When did the problem start happening: Since the event. But prior since the viro nerf

Extra information: Related closely to #11617

Well yes the being advanced is. But (I hope) not that it makes anti bodies useless as a symptom

Should rename issue to highlight the fact ABM can’t cure advanced disease
