Fireproof stuff getting destroyed by fire #13612

Issue Description:

Reinforced Plasma Glass and the Holofan and probably any item with an otherwise extremely high heat resist will take damage from fire if they are directly on the tile that's on fire. I haven't tested if the foam from the firefighter backpack has the same issue.

What did you expect to happen:

That they won't take damage when inside a tile that's on fire. The holofan is pretty much a meme, but reinforced plasma glass often enough bugs out and lets pressure through anyway. Which is mostly mitigated by having double pane windows just in case. But if the plasma windows inside the fire tile get destroyed, you're basically pulling a lottery whether atmos code holds up or just spews plasma everywhere.

What happened instead:

The SM both killed the windows inside it's own tile and earlier destroyed the holofan that's supposed to contain it. The latter went as well as you can expect. The reinforced plasmaglass did take a very long time before they finally croaked though.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

Atmos is a bug riddled mess (And that's why I love it), and having tools that work guaranteed is a must for it. You can't holofan a vent that spews fire anymore, or anywhere close to it, the smallest fire will kill the holofan.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Start a fire, try to contain it using the holofan on top of it, holofan instantly disappears. Place reinforced plasmaglass in a fire, see it get destroyed in about 20 to 30 minutes.

When did the problem start happening:

Probably another little detail from universal object damage.

Extra information:

SmollSM You don't want this to become a timebomb now do you? And yes, the reinforced plasma glass inside did get destroyed a few minutes later.

As long as the item is not in a burning tile it won't get destroyed, no matter how high the temperature is.
