Unscrewing laptops creates full consoles #17172

Issue Description: When you disassemble a laptop, it turns into a full console.

What did you expect to happen: For it to remain as a laptop

When did the problem start happening: ~~Since we got directional consoles~~ Forever

Oh this has been a problem for pretty much forever iirc; been an issue since I got here and that was 10 months ago

This will require a refactor of laptops from being /obj/machinery/computer/xx to something else, or maybe overriding /obj/machinery/computer/screwdriver_act() to stop them from being deconstructed.
