ERT Head name Inconsistent with ID Card

Issue Description:

If you are an ERT member and happen to get decapped, the name attached to your head will not match that of your ID, making reviving hard for crew.

What did you expect to happen:

Expected to get decapitated and have both items match their names.

What happened instead:

They were mismatched

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

If this happens in a live match it could lead to issues in crew being unable to know which head belongs to whom.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Spawn ERT in Events Panel via "Dispatch Centcomm Response Team"
2. Take that role.
3. Rejuv as a different person and decap the ERT member

Unsure when it started, but i observed it during a live match.
