Boater hat east sprite positioning is wrong

The EAST boater hat sprite has the wrong positioning

What did you expect to happen:

For it to have the correct positioning

What happened instead:

It did look odd

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

I look bad when looking east with it

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Wear a boater hat, turn left and turn right

When did the problem start happening:

Probably since it was added

Extra information:

Pretty easy to fix
