Plamasma pistol speech bubble is heavily offset.

What did you expect to happen?

Bubble to appear on the icon like before

What happened instead?

Bubble appears very far to the right

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Speech bubbles should be attached

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Charge a plasma pistol. Wait.

When did the problem start happening?

TGui chatbar speech bubbles I belive

This issue has been fixed by the PR that was testmerged, thanks for reporting.
