Character sprites for IPC and Human have stray pixels from their bodies out of clothes. #25547

Issue Description

When character sprites for IPC face the left or right there is either stray pixels from their skin tone sticking out of their torso or just on top of the foot with clothes on. I've encountered this with the IPC with Zeng-Hu body. The human sprite has this to a lesser degree only having a stray pixel on the foot when facing one of the sideways directions.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the clothes to be able to have the sprite shrunk to fit.

What happened instead?

Instead the stray pixels stand out.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

It ruins the look of every outfit you wear if you notice it.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Be an IPC with zeng-hu body parts and see the stray pixels or be a human and pay attention to the foot.

When did the problem start happening?

I noticed it when i started playing IPC which was about a couple weeks ago.

Stilll an issue, the linked PR fixes https://github.com/ParadiseSS13/Paradise/pull/24657, which was about another IPC chassis, not zeng-hu. Take more time to analyze issues, no reason to rush anything.
