Reconstructing experimentor's camera monitor makes it able to see every cameras

Issue Description

Reconstructing a wall camera monitor (ie. toxins or experimentor's) turns them into fully-fledged camera console, that looks and are named like wall camera monitors

What did you expect to happen?

for it to reconnect to the experimentor's chamber cameras

What happened instead?

full camera console, semi hidden

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Probably not intended feels weird AND NOW I HAVE TO SEARCH FOR MY EXPERIMENTOR CAMERAS!

When did the problem start happening?

Probably ever since wall monitors exist?
