Judo combos (grab) issue. #26053

Issue Description

Judo combos doesn't work while lying, cuz you can't grab while lying. image

What did you expect to happen?

you can perform combos while you on the ground.

What happened instead?

You like, can't grip well.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

cuz we have - https://github.com/ParadiseSS13/Paradise/pull/25659

Steps to reproduce the issue.

  1. get belt
  2. lay down
  3. try to do Armbar or Wheel, 4.????

Slam is not meant to be useable on the ground - the other combos are. As such, this is not an issue.

have you tested the combo? NONE of them work on the ground.
