Issue Description

Bad grammar for infection "pain".

It should be "YOUR head feels like it's burning from the inside out!" not "THE head."

What did you expect to happen?

Gooder english.

What happened instead?

Bad english.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Bad english is bad.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Get an infection in the head.
Witness bad english.

When did the problem start happening?

No idea.

@safe049 @malik-na You can just open a PR with the fix done, and people will review it. As far as I know, rarely if ever are people actually assigned to issues.
