Screenshot 2024-08-01 131830 On a certain round, a code word was both a phrase and response

What did you expect to happen?

I expected code phrases and responses to have diffrent words

What happened instead?

Code phrases and responses had an identical word in both categories.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

This means theres one less code phrase/response which you can use.

As the resident "guy who last touched codeword code": this seems to have been broken for years but I cranked up the number of codewords per round, making it more obvious
