Issue Description

Died and got cloned, found out I could no longer speak every language.

Had my brain swapped to another body for fun, also found out my languages do not follow alongside me.

What did you expect to happen?

I hoped to still be able to speak and understand all my languages as the librarian

What happened instead?

I lost all my languages except the species specific ones.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

The librarian dying to an antag and going over the 5 minute mark would force them to lose their greatest ability.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Kill and clone a librarian or move the brain to another body and revive.

When did the problem start happening?

I noticed it a few weeks back, just forgot to put in a report.
