Admins can't send faxes from fax panel

What did you expect to happen?

to be able to send fax.

What happened instead?

nothing happens once you write a fax, chose an icon, give it a title and send it. Not even a runtime.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

CC RP. Some things are best conveyed with a fax.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

send a fax from fax panel, nothing happens.

When did the problem start happening?

first noticed 15/09/2024

fax panel looks like this after multiple attempts of sending one.

Relevant log output/runtime error

no runtimes for some reason.

update: now it works in the same round after sending 5~ faxes that did not work, bruh
